Learning Health Systems

A ‘learning health system’ is a system that learns from local data and listens to local experience - alongside regional and global evidence - to inform continual improvements in clinical practice, public health programs and policy. This approach aligns with the integration of research, education and clinical care at the Melbourne Children's through the co-location of the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, Department of Paediatrics The University of Melbourne and Royal Children's Hospital.
