Membership of WHO Advisory Groups and Committees should be reported through the MCGH Annual Report Form.

MCGH Activity Monitoring Form - Training, Workshop or Short Course

Use this form to report on training, workshops and short courses. 

Other types of capacity development should be reported through the MCGH Annual Report Form.

Use this form to report on other activities, including implementation strategies or quality improvement activities (eg. clinical guidelines, flip charts, child death reviews).
